The Biden Admin released Nicolas Maduros Nephews: 1- Efraín Antonio Campo Flores (also known as Efraín Campo Flores). Raised by Cilia Flores after his mother's death, he is sometimes described as her adopted or stepson. He grew up in the presidential household. 2- Franqui Francisco Flores de Freitas (also known as Francisco Flores de Freitas or Franqui Flores) Cilia Flores' cousin-nephew. In November 2015, they were arrested in Haiti by U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) agents during a sting operation while attempting to arrange the transport of 800 kg of cocaine to the United States. They were convicted in a U.S. federal court in 2016 of conspiracy to import cocaine, and each sentenced to 18 years in prison in 2017. Evidence included recorded meetings where they discussed using the presidential hangar at Venezuela's main airport and claimed the drug proceeds would help "keep the family in power" (potentially funding Cilia Flores' political activities). In 2016 alone, then–U.S. President Barack Obama authorized more than 26,000 airstrikes across seven countries: Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Pakistan, Somalia, Syria, and Yemen. This figure is based on data from the U.S. Air Force, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Long War Journal, and the New America Foundation. Obama did not seek a new act of Congress to carry out these military operations. While his actions were not deemed illegal, they relied heavily on the broad 2001 Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF), originally passed to target al-Qaida and the Taliban in the aftermath of the September 11 attacks. Over time, that authorization was expanded to justify strikes against militant groups that either did not exist on Sept. 11, 2001, or were not formally affiliated with al-Qaida. This practice is not unique to the Obama administration. Criminal Warrant Executed

To those worried about a quagmire: We captured Afghanistan and Iraq in weeks. The reason both went on so long was because we had the hubris to remake these countries in our own image and failed. Maduro was illegitimately elected in one of the most blatant coups. He kicked out all the watchdog groups except the literal Communist ones like Alliance for Global Justice and DSA. He simply announced the final totals, declared himself the winner, and that was it. 7 million people have fled from Venezuela and many of them are inside the USA. And now they can return. This is one of the rare military interventions that actually reverses entropy instead of accelerating it. A successor government is already prepared to assume power. There is no plan to occupy or reconstruct the country, we leave. That is exactly why the usual suspects who normally celebrate intervention are crying "regime change" and "forever wars." They consider themselves the only legitimate guardians of the national order and they saw Venezuela as a stabilizer for the BRICS axis. (Or cynically, they benefited from the drug trade.) They're now whining because they're hoping you're too stupid to see the difference in military operations.
