What they’ve done to the American trucking industry is criminal sabotage. They’ve choked the life out of an industry that literally keeps this country moving. They turned a proud, hardworking backbone of the economy into a slow-motion train wreck. And then had the balls to act surprised when freight rates collapsed and generational American trucking companies went bankrupt. The American trucker didn’t deserve this war.
I knew it was all connected. However, I did not expect the fake daycares to fund trucking companies.
I thought for sure we would see a decrease in the 'NO GIVEN NAME' trucking companies, but I was wrong. Since October 1, 2025, we have 32 new trucking companies without a full legal name. California: 29 New York: 1 Washington: 1 Georgia: 1
Christmas Day, 2025 - Non-English speaking truck driver, Francisco Javier Ramirez, was DISTRACTED BY HIS PHONE, when he rear-ended a vehicle and seriously injured 10-year-old Bentley Green... Muskogee, Oklahoma. How many innocent humans have to die or be severely injured before this ends?!
Looking into this Columbus, Ohio, trucking company led me to a 'professional office suites' building. Here, we have 27 trucking companies that call this place 'home.' Physical AND mailing address. At this building. Yes, this is "legal," but this mess is FRAUD*. *Allegedly.
Not sure what's going on in this building in Minneapolis, but 29 trucking companies are registered here. Some have since updated their address, but this is where they started.
Columbus, Ohio - There are 20+ trucking companies registered at this UPS Store. For a mailing address, yes, this is legal (somewhat). However, when there are 10+ companies, we may have an issue.
This trucking company is based in Knoxville, Tennessee. Out of service violation in October for driving without a CDL & no valid medical card.
For me, all of this started with Amazon freight. It snowballed from there. I’d estimate 93% of Amazon’s carrier base will be impacted by immigration crackdown.

No, we do not have to live like this. We COULD prevent people from cycling through the USDOT / FMCSA system, but we don’t. We just let them do whatever the hell they want.
A law office in Minnesota will help anyone register as a trucking company. Here's one example of 37. The company is registered with 1 truck, but 6 trucks have been inspected while driving for the company. Inspections since August 2025: > Operate a CMV and does not possess a valid CDL. > Operate a CMV while not at least 21 years of age in interstate commerce. > Driver cannot read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and record. > Several hours of service violations.
