SEIU causes California Wealth Exodus

SEIU has driven some major state income taxpayers out of California with its proposed wealth tax based on 1/1/26 residency. As a result, California will get less 2026 revenue than it would have received otherwise. Should SEIU pay reparations to the State for causing this loss?
