DHS paid $65.2 million to Trailboss Enterprises, Inc. between April 23, 2024, and August 7, 2025 to transport and house Illegals under a federal contract labeled: “The contractor will provide migrant transportation and facility services.” In Texas. The company is registered in Alaska and received special federal contracting preferences as a veteran-owned and minority-owned business. Breaking: Rep. Yevgeny Vindman @YVindman, is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel. If the allegations against him are substantiated, they could constitute violations of 38 U.S.C. § 907, 22 C.F.R. § 3a, and Army Regulation (AR) 600-291 governing foreign government employment. These statutes and regulations implement the Foreign Emoluments Clause of the U.S. Constitution (Article I, Section 9, Clause 8) and apply to Department of War personnel as well as retired members of the U.S. military. @wcdispatch @DataRepublican
